Lee Falin took a very public approach to selling his company when he announced <a href=\"http:\/\/leefalin.com\/2008\/02\/05\/software-company-for-sale\/\">his intent to sell<\/a> on his blog last month.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe primary product being acquired is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.decimus.net\/ScreenMimic.php\">Screen Mimic<\/a>, a video screen capture application. After a hiccup with a prospective buyer who didn&#8217;t work out, I&#8217;m pleased to hear that Lee found another developer to take over the reigns.
